He is Faithful. God is faithful. The older I get, the more I understand and realize how faithful God is. It requires me to trust God even more to get through the current situation.
There are days where it is hard to trust God. There are also days where I know who God is and it is easy to trust Him. No one in this world will go through life without a doubt. It is okay to question God and ask him why this or why that but, in the end whether we understand what he is doing or not we have to trust him. Someone once told me, “it's okay to wrestle but you can't stay there”.
Over the past few months I've been having a hard time trusting God with my life. I have tried to do things on my own, trying to create my own funds, my own version of the kingdom of heaven to earth. In all reality, it is not sustainable to do what God has called me to do in my own strength and because I'm trying to do these things without God, I am failing. Furthermore, we can't do this life without Jesus. One of the biggest ways that the enemy will attempt to get you off the narrow path is to distract you with anything and everything. In this case, he used and shifted my focus to fear rather than trust the love of God. I wasn't doubting the power of God; He can do anything, I was doubting the love of God. Because of this Jesus and I have been distant. But after this week I feel better than ever and closer to him because I chose to trust him once more. We have to trust in who God is and really understand who we are, so that we can truly walk in the peace, joy, and love of Jesus Christ. God is faithful, let's treat Him that way. Let's strive to walk peacefully in the supernatural with Jesus, instead of always running anxiously in the natural with ourselves.
