Gods grace is so good. Gods love is so good. It is so good, how could we possibly deserve it. As humans we sin, we fail, we are far from perfect. But because of Gods sacrifice and grace and love we are able to be renewed, grow from our mistakes. When we sin, He still loves us. When we are disobedient He still loves us. That doesn’t mean that we won’t be tested. God doesn’t have to give us Grace but he does because he wants to spend eternity with us in heaven.
There is a song Called “As You Find Me” by Hillsong and there are so many good lyrics in this song. “I know I don’t deserve this kind of love, but somehow this kind of loves just who you are” God is love. It is hard to love like God loves because His love is unconditional. We need to strive for loving people like God loves.
Romans 6:14 says “For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.” When someone commits a crime and they think “who will ever love me after I’ve done this?” God will love you, always. We are all his children, no matter what we do. Our father wants to spend eternity with his children, all of them.
If we could have grace and love others like God shows and loves us, we wouldn’t hold any grudges, we wouldn’t be unhappy over lost relationships. We could rejoice and be at peace with one another. I want to strive for that in my own life. I know that I have sinned, we all have. I know that I don’t deserve the love that God gives me. But he loves us anyway because instead of holding a grudge he wants us, he created us. He wants his children to come home.
